We are expanding and looking for experienced Consulting Managers to lead our operations in Dubai.
As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, managing a team of Consultants, and driving business growth while ensuring high-impact results for clients. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, leadership, business development, and hands-on consulting expertise.

Managing: Senior Consultants, Consultants & project teams
Travel: Frequent travel across Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh is expected
Relocation: Preference for candidates open to relocation based on business needs
- Oversee end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and impact
- Provide expertise in business strategy, operational improvement, digital transformation, and innovation management
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and excellence assessments
- Develop and implement excellence frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and performance improvement plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Jordan, UAE, and KSA
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing long-term partnerships
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and business negotiations
- Support government and private sector entities in implementing Excellence Models (EFQM, GEM, DGEP, QGEP, KAQA)
- Provide innovation management consulting, helping clients achieve GInI innovation maturity levels
- Lead excellence assessments, cultural transformation initiatives, and training programs
- Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs in excellence models, innovation, business strategy, and management best practices
- Conduct executive workshops and capability-building sessions for clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Consultants & project teams
- Ensure team alignment with company goals and client expectations
- Work closely with teams in Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh to align on strategy and operations
- Frequent travel required across company branches to support business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable Jordanian government university (University of Jordan, JUST, Hashemite University, or German Jordanian University)
- Master’s degree is a plus
- EFQM certified assessor is preferred
- GInI certified assessor is preferred
- 7+ years in management consulting, business development, or strategic advisory
- Proven experience in leading consulting projects, business strategy, and client management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in excellence models, innovation management, or corporate training is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate based on business needs
- Native in Arabic and Fluent in English
