Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in PM or site engineering in construction.
• Must be based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction PM, building codes, safety regs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise site engineers and construction teams.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality.
• Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, schedules, reports.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, implement cost-saving measures.
• Resolve on-site issues to avoid delays.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on project status.
