Job summary

CRCEG Middle East Contracting in Dubai seeks a senior Project Manager to lead site construction activities, coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedules and quality standards.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and cost control, while working with the Dubai authorities and the on-site team to deliver high-quality building works on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of building construction experience.
• G+Unlimited classification certificate preferred.
• Experience with Dubai DM requirements and approvals is a plus.
• Strong coordination with consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the organization, implementation, and management of projects.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings and schedules.
• Develop and implement project execution schedules and monitor progress.
• Control project costs with the Commercial/QS team and manage variations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance on site and with standards.
