Job summary

AdminBridge is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our Dubai-based projects, from planning through delivery, coordinating a team of contractors and ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of five years in the UAE or Gulf region, with strong leadership, communication skills, and familiarity with Dubai regulations. Arabic fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control and safety compliance.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
