The role involves international arbitration and construction-related litigation, drafting pleadings, and working with expert teams. The successful candidate will have relevant disputes experience from a leading firm and be ready to relocate to Dubai.

Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE with experience in contentious construction or international arbitration.
• Experience across complex, high-value construction and infrastructure disputes.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai and work in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Work on international arbitration and construction-related litigation.
• Handle major infrastructure, energy, utilities and real estate disputes.
• Draft pleadings, submissions and dispute correspondence.
• Collaborate with technical delay and quantum experts.
• Contribute to regional projects involving developers, employers and contractors.
