Responsabilités

• Regulatory compliance across UAE federal and free-zone regulations.
• AML/CFT duties:CDD, reporting to FIU, policy enforcement.
• Risk assessments and internal audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Policy development: manuals, codes of conduct, training materials.
• Training and awareness: regulatory updates and data privacy.
• Regulatory liaison: contact with regulators, auditors and counsel.
