Job summary

Bericht Audit & Advisory is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Executive & CT Expert to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to AML/CTF regulations and safeguarding the organization from financial crimes.

Responsibilities include developing policies, conducting KYC and risk assessments, and reporting to authorities. The candidate should have 2+ years in AML/CTF, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent analytical/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AML/CTF compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with KYC, due diligence, and risk assessments.
• CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor AML/CTF policies and procedures.
• Conduct KYC, due diligence, and risk assessments.
• Identify and report suspicious activities to authorities.
• Ensure compliance with FATF, OFAC and other frameworks.
• Provide AML training to staff.
