Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification.

• Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations, CBUAE requirements, AML/CFT and KYC procedures, regulatory reporting, and compliance risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE banking and financial services regulations.
• Monitor internal processes, policies, and sales activities for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to CBUAE requirements and other applicable UAE regulations.
• Review and monitor KYC, AML/CFT, customer documentation, and related compliance processes.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews to identify risks and compliance gaps.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain consistent compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and other compliance activities.
• Provide compliance guidance and awareness training to sales and operational teams.
