Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Dubai seeks a Communications Manager to support external and internal communications, protecting Citi's reputation in the UAE market. The role reports to the Head of Communications for the Middle East and Pakistan and may support other Middle East markets.

The successful candidate will lead media relations, plan communications, and collaborate with global teams to deliver engaging content and proactive programs. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Communications and Public Relations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Proven track record in media relations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communications strategy for Citi UAE.
• Lead proactive engagement with key media outlets across UAE and region.
• Create messaging, briefing documents and speaking notes for senior executives.
• Amplify Citi's brand activities and events in the external market.
• Support internal communications plans and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage reputation risk, crises and issues with transparency and compliance.
