Luna PR in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team in a hybrid setup. This role goes beyond administration, combining strategy, operations, people, finance, and business development.

You will translate priorities into structured actions, coordinate senior teams, track KPIs, and drive critical initiatives while maintaining discretion and delivering decision-ready updates.

Formación

• Significant experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or senior business management roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias toward execution
• Commercially minded with comfort handling budgets, KPIs, and financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience working across international teams and multiple time zones

Responsabilidades

• Translate company priorities into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
• Maintain oversight of key initiatives across departments and ensure follow-through
• Prepare and coordinate leadership meetings including agendas and action points
• Hold department heads accountable for deliverables, timelines, and reporting
• Identify operational gaps and work with leadership to resolve them
• Support planning, budgeting, and resource allocation with CEO and finance
• Assist with strategic opportunities, partnerships, and client initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with clear ownership and communication
• Improve internal reporting, documentation, and decision-making processes
• Attend select meetings with the CEO to capture decisions and next steps
