Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced auction or sales environment.

If you have at least 35 years of experience in used car pricing or sales know the market like the back of your hand and have a knack for data-driven decisions and negotiation youll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess used vehicle values based on condition specs history and UAE market demand.
• Support and refine pricing strategies to maximize profitability and ensure competitive market positioning.
• Engage in active auction strategies using persuasive communication to drive higher bids and close faster sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and margin targets contributing to both volume and profitability goals.
• Manage assigned dealer portfolios ensuring consistent service quality and performance.
• Stay updated with UAE automotive trends brand-specific resale values and pricing benchmarks.
• Support post-sale activities and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of car specs features and unique selling points across all major UAE brands.
