Job summary

Keolis.MHI in Dubai is seeking a Building & Structure Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance of buildings and structures for Dubai Metro, including depots, stations, tunnels and ancillary buildings.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, knowledge of concrete works, claddings, waterproofing, door ironmongery, and the ability to use electro-mechanical tools; candidates should have a vocational certificate and a clean driving license.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of structural repairs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and structures.
• Follow maintenance procedures to ensure compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records using a CMMS (computerised maintenance management system).
• Support complex systems or new projects as directed by senior staff.
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
• Follow directions of the Building & Structure Maintenance Team Leader and senior staff.
