Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai is seeking a skilled Electrician with 2+ years in maintenance to install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems in buildings. You will handle wiring, fault-finding, testing, and ensure compliance with UAE codes and safety standards.

The role requires collaboration with maintenance teams, accurate record-keeping for MDB/SMDB/DB and capacitor banks, and fluent English and Hindi communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years electrical maintenance experience in the GCC or 5 years in the FM industry or general maintenance.
• ITI certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
• Replace faulty electrical components such as light fixtures, circuit breakers, and capacitors.
• Perform online troubleshooting for motors and electrical circuits, identifying and replacing faulty parts.
• Coordinate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and HVAC technicians, to ensure proper installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, including MDB, SMDB, DB, and capacitor banks.
