Job summary

SKEMA Business School in Dubai seeks a Marketing & Communications Specialist (UAE) based in DIFC. You will deploy SKEMA’s global brand and communications strategy across the UAE and GCC, strengthening visibility and reputation while aligning with the Global Brand & Communications Department.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Academic teams, and corporate stakeholders to drive local campaigns, content creation, and events, ensuring a cohesive regional presence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing/communication roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Arabic knowledge is a strong asset and appreciated.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement SKEMA’s global brand strategy in the UAE.
• Drive local campaigns in coordination with global teams and measure performance.
• Create engaging content for website, social media, newsletters, and CRM.
• Build relationships with UAE-based media and stakeholders.
• Plan and promote local events and campus activities.
• Provide KPI reporting and share UAE market insights with global team.
