Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai seeks a dynamic Emirati graduate to join our Corporate Communications team to develop local talent and support internal and external communications, with strong writing, eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple channels to boost brand visibility.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will craft internal announcements, support events, draft press materials, manage social media content, and help maintain content calendars while ensuring brand voice consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: develop and disseminate announcements, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate messaging across the organisation with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, town halls, and engagement activities.
