Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a BIM Modeler MEP to join the Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This role involves creating precise and coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project standards. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in MEP BIM modeling.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and coordination workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Coordinate mechanical models with architectural and electrical teams.
• Ensure all BIM outputs meet required Levels of Development (LOD).
