Job summary

Cracknell in Dubai seeks a seasoned BIM Manager with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience to drive the BIM process across a landscape architecture studio. You will oversee BIM workflow, ensure quality control of models, and set guidelines for design teams with coordination across disciplines and external partners.

You will lead a BIM production team, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of BIM experience post-qualification.
• Proven track record managing BIM processes in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in QA/QC, BEP and BIM standards.
• Autodesk Certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver BIM packages across projects under BEP guidance.
• Lead BIM production teams, ensure model quality and timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and promote BIM best practices.
