Job summary

LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants in Dubai seeks a skilled BIM/CAD Architect/Draftsman for concept design. You will develop BIM models and technical drawings with full code compliance for DM, DDA and Trakhees submissions, translating senior sketches into accurate layouts.

The role requires 5+ years in a UAE architectural consultancy, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to Dubai Building Code and local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an architectural consultancy in the UAE.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD for BIM workflows.
• Experience with Dubai Building Code and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare code-complying technical drawings and BIM models.
• Produce high-quality Revit models with BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers and engineers.
• Ensure submissions meet Dubai regulatory requirements.
• Prepare authority submission drawings and respond to comments.
• Develop apartment layouts from senior directions.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates and docs.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines.
