Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in beauty/cosmetics distribution or FMCG.
• Proven leadership in GM/Commercial roles with major retailers and pharmacy channels.
• Strong UAE/GCC market knowledge and network with brand owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, distribution strategy and commercial activities.
• Develop business plans to increase sales, market share and profitability.
• Build relationships with pharmacy chains, retailers, distributors and partners.
• Identify and secure new opportunities and strategic distribution partnerships.
• Expand presence across pharmacies, beauty stores, supermarkets, e-commerce channels.
• Lead sales and business development teams, set targets and KPIs.
• Manage accounts, negotiations, pricing, trade promotions and annual plans.
• Provide forecasts, budgets, reports and performance analyses.
• Monitor costs, margins, and overall business performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain for availability and fulfillment.
