Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking a Category Manager for the Beauty & Personal Care sector in the UAE.

The role oversees end-to-end category growth, assortment planning, pricing, promotions and inventory management to optimize profitability and customer experience. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of UAE/GCC experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) required.
• Experience with e-commerce or marketplace category management expected.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills essential.
• UAE market knowledge is preferred and local experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, GMV and profitability.
• Manage relationships with beauty brands, distributors and suppliers in UAE.
• Negotiate pricing, margins and promotional funding with key partners.
• Monitor category performance, pricing, inventory and promotions for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Operations to improve category results.
