DISCOVERED is seeking a Vice President of PR and Communications to lead the corporate communications function from our Dubai hub. You will craft and drive internal and external messaging, shape thought leadership, and align brand voice across all channels to elevate global visibility.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of progressive marketing communications experience, including at least 4 years in a management role within a major organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in content creation, media outreach, and strategic messaging across global and regional markets.
• Strong capability in web analytics and data driven campaign performance tracking.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic preferred. Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership, build key stakeholder partnerships, and lead high performing creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overarching internal and external communications strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across external PR, internal employee communications, social media, and content creation.
• Build and maintain messaging architectures and spokespeople matrices for senior executives.
• Drive global thought leadership initiatives including op-eds, white papers, speeches, and industry commentaries; establish strong media relations across markets.
• Guide and mentor internal communications managers, social media teams, copywriters, and external agencies.
• Establish performance metrics and use web analytics to audit and refine campaign reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across corporate docs, presentations, press releases, and digital channels.
