Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, support, administration, and development.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflow configuration, and IntegrationHub.
• Practical experience with CMDB, Discovery, service catalog, incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and related platform features.
• Support CMDB and Discovery activities to improve asset visibility and configuration data accuracy.
