Muller's Solutions in Dubai seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead remediation and testing initiatives. This role focuses on stable, high-quality ServiceNow platforms through hands-on development, defect resolution, and comprehensive testing.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance and performance across upgrades and implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong scripting experience: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
• Experience with remediation activities and defect troubleshooting on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on testing experience: functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Experience with upgrades and release testing in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform remediation on existing ServiceNow implementations, fix defects and optimize configurations.
• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Analyze issues from platform upgrades or migrations and remediate them.
• Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Support upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and governance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
