Our client in Dubai seeks a Senior Director for Organizational Development & HR Strategy to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation and strategic people initiatives. This is a senior leadership role shaping organizational effectiveness through HR strategy, governance, and excellence frameworks.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR, OD, or related field.
10–15 years HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
Expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, workforce planning, and governance.
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and international HR practices.
Bilingual Arabic and English communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with goals.
Lead organizational design and workforce transformation.
Establish HR governance and policies compliant with regulations.
Drive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
Develop HR analytics and dashboards for strategic decisions.
