Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership to build future-ready capabilities and design development frameworks aligned to business strategy.

You will also oversee performance management and culture initiatives, influencing leadership behaviours and long-term workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Demonstrates credibility with senior leaders and design-thinking capability.
