Job summary

Baba Quartz is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities in Dubai and expand our presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has strong background in building materials such as quartz surfaces, stone and interior products, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in quartz, stone, tiles, building materials, interiors or construction-related products.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and lead-generation abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
• UAE market experience preferred; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, kitchen companies, fabricators and distributors.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and customer records.
• Represent Baba Quartz professionally at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
