Al-Futtaim Retail seeks an experienced UI/UX leader to drive omnichannel design across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. You will plan, implement, and optimize user interfaces, translating business goals into intuitive experiences for diverse brands and customers.

The role requires 6+ years in a mid/lead UI/UX position, with exposure to omnichannel ecommerce, strong stakeholder management, and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree is required.
• 6+ years in a mid/lead UI/UX role.
• At least 2 years exposure to omnichannel retail with a focus on e-commerce.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement new designs.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop technical and business requirements.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Include user research activities at each design stage.
• Communicate actionable findings from user research.
• Involve customers in the design process.
• Lead omni-channel experience design efforts.
• Deliver design artefacts within schedule.
