The role involves creating Arabic content, managing paid campaigns, collaborating with doctors and agencies, and ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare advertising guidelines.

Formación

• Experience in digital marketing within healthcare.
• Fluent Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (GA, Meta, SEO).
• CRM, marketing automation, and patient journey mapping a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social, email, website).
• Create Arabic-language content tailored for local market with cultural relevance and healthcare guidelines.
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) performance and optimization.
• Optimize company website and landing pages for user experience & conversions.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers and external agencies to align digital efforts with goals.
• Stay updated with digital trends and UAE/GCC healthcare regulations.
• Manage social media, online reputation, and respond to inquiries in Arabic and English.

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the healthcare sector and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support business growth.

• Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, etc.).
• Create and manage Arabic-language content tailored for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Oversee the management and performance of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Optimize the company website and landing pages for user experience and conversion.
• Analyze key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, and external agencies to align digital efforts with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and healthcare regulations in the UAE/GCC market.
• Manage social media accounts, online reputation, and respond to patient inquiries in Arabic and English.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
• Creative thinker with analytical skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and patient journey mapping is a plus.
