Job summary

Trivanet in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The role focuses on high availability, security, and performance across LANs/WANs, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and QoS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto hardware and related protocols.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and PRTG.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy LANs, WANs, WLANs, and other network infrastructure.
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Perform firmware updates, patch management, and hardware replacements.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including IDS/IPS and VPNs.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on network-related projects.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
