Job summary

Pixel Digital Systems LLC in Dubai is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Managed Print Services (MPS). The role leads end-to-end service delivery across multiple locations, coordinating field service, helpdesk, consumables and OEM partners to ensure uptime, SLA compliance and accurate billing.

You will drive service improvements, manage renewals and pricing input, and supervise engineers and coordinators. On-site in Dubai with frequent travel is required, and a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Managed Print Services or related field-service operations.
• 3–4 years in a service delivery leadership role overseeing multi-location teams.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level service contracts.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on-site in Dubai.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of MPS contracts across the managed fleet with monitoring tools.
• Coordinate field engineers, helpdesk and consumables replenishment to minimize downtime.
• Lead major incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure contractual delivery, meter reading accuracy and cost-to-serve controls.
• Conduct business reviews with key accounts and drive renewal readiness.
• Coach and manage engineers and coordinators; plan staffing and deployment.
• Collaborate with GM, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain on renewals and pricing.
• Coordinate OEMs (HP, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh) and partners.
• Maintain SLA frameworks and ITIL-based service management.
• Utilize Excel, MIS dashboards, CRM and ticketing for performance management.
• Lead multi-location field service teams with governance.
• Communicate service performance to senior stakeholders.
