Job summary

Qualifications

Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree (such as a Master's or higher).
Be in the final year of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Have recently graduated from a university (Bachelor's, Master's, or higher) and start the internship within one year of graduation.
Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship programme where the internship is a requirement.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails and inquiries received via the project's official email address (in both Arabic and English).
Assist in managing messages via WhatsApp and other channels (in both Arabic and English).
Support learning platform management including learner enrollment, access, and progress tracking.
Assist with partner engagement activities, documentation of interactions, and collection/organization of data.
Prepare data/content for reports and presentations in Arabic and English.
Provide general assistance with Future Skills Academy tasks and related duties as needed.
