Job summary

Supersub in Dubai is launching a Junior Customer Support Specialist role designed for early-career professionals. You will be the frontline contact for merchant inquiries, provide basic support, and escalate technical or commercial issues to the right teams.

You will work closely with senior operations leaders and gain mentorship in handling API and integration related escalations, while developing strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh university graduates in Business, IT, Finance, Communications or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of modern ticketing tools and SaaS apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline merchant inquiries across email, live chat, and tickets with prompt, courteous responses.
• Triage and route complex escalations to engineering or account managers as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for account configuration, payout statuses, and portal navigation.
• Maintain incident and pipeline hygiene by documenting interactions and tracking SLA times in CRM.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technical Integration, and Account Management teams to resolve escalated tickets.
