Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai seeks a Talent & Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, coordinating with Content and BD teams, managing creators, clients, and internal teams.

You will negotiate budgets, track milestones, ensure on-brand execution, manage contracts and payments, and nurture creator relationships. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate for full-time on-ground work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, agency campaign execution, or creator ops.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills within defined budgets.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple creator workflows.
• Problem solving with handling shoot logistics and client feedback.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for full-time on-ground availability.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Logistics: Oversee and execute campaigns post-strategy and proposal approval.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate deliverables between clients, creators, and internal teams.
• Briefing & Compliance: Brief creators on brand tone, messaging, deliverables, timelines, rights and formats.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitor milestones and timelines for timely delivery.
• Client Handover & Approvals: Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved on time; handle revisions and compliance feedback.
• On-Ground Support: Provide on-site support during shoots, events, or activations.
• Creator Negotiations: Negotiate fees, deliverables, and usage terms within approved budgets.
• Financial Documentation: Document negotiations and finalize within BD budgets.
• Contract & Invoice Management: Manage creator contracts and invoices with Finance/Legal.
• Payment Facilitation: Ensure smooth post-campaign payment processes.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain a creator database with performance metrics and history.
• Location Availability: Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for full-time on-ground availability.
