Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Dubai seeks an Influencer Manager to own day-to-day planning and delivery of influencer campaigns across client accounts. You will translate client briefs into campaign approaches, manage creator selection, budgeting, contracting support, content reviews, approvals and reporting.

You will lead end-to-end workflow, monitor performance, provide optimization recommendations, mentor Executives, and collaborate with media, strategy, creative, social, and client service teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or related fields.
• Proven track record managing multi- creator campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiations and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into influencer campaign approaches and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaign workflow: creator selection, negotiation, briefing, contracting support, content review, approvals and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend and support finance reconciliation.
• Oversee influencer reporting, analyze performance data and develop optimization recommendations.
• Build and maintain creator, agent and partner relationships to secure value for clients.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, creative, social, commerce and client service teams.
