Job summary

Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies in Dubai seeks a Technical Manager for ICT ELV and AV systems to lead technical design, engineering coordination and project delivery. You will manage integrated technology across cabling, security, access control, audiovisual, networking and building tech systems.

The role demands hands-on installation and commissioning expertise, with strong coordination among consultants, clients and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
PMP certification required with 7–10 years' hands-on ICT/ELV/AV experience.
Hands-on knowledge of installation and commissioning, not just design supervision.
Experience managing technical submissions and consultant approvals is valuable.

Responsibilities

Lead technical planning and engineering activities for ICT, ELV and AV projects.
Prepare material submittals, method statements, and O&M documentation.
Develop detailed proposals with system architecture and drawings.
Design solutions for structured cabling, security, access control and AV systems.
Review tender specs, site conditions and client requirements before selecting products.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors to review submittals and answer design queries.
Present proposed solutions and explain design principles and requirements.
