Job summary

AL FISHT ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS L.L.C is seeking an ELV Project Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of IP networks, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, AV, and BMS systems within the construction sector. The role requires 5+ years of ELV project leadership and UAE residency.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and review technical submittals to ensure high quality and compliance with standards. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of ELV project management experience in construction or infra.
• Certifications PMP or RCDD or vendor-specific ELV certs.
• Must be immediate joiner and based in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation and commissioning of ELV systems (IT security, audiovisual, building automation).
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to define scope and requirements.
• Review submittals, drawings and specs for ELV systems to ensure standards.
