Job summary

HIRE Consultancy on behalf of a well-established client in Dubai is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to own the digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of brands. The role focuses on paid media, social media, SEO, email marketing and website management to maximise high-quality leads and profitable growth.

You will lead the digital marketing team, develop performance-driven campaigns, optimize ROI, and collaborate with analytics to refine reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing management
• Expertise in developing performance marketing strategies (Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Advertising)
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing marketing team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives
• Manage marketing for all brands to maximise customer acquisition and profitability
• Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other performance platforms) for lead generation and ROI
• Lead the SEO strategy, focusing on technical SEO, content, and link building
• Set the social media marketing strategy to build brand awareness on Facebook and Instagram
• Oversee email marketing campaigns with automated journeys to educate and nurture audiences
• Drive website performance with UX, CRO, and content strategy to maximise leads
• Collaborate with data analyst to enhance reporting and highlight profitability insights
• Lead and develop the digital marketing team with a culture of training, innovation, and high performance
