Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport seeks an experienced Construction Manager based in Dubai, UAE, with 40–60% travel across MEA. You will lead project management for new builds, renovations, and capacity expansions, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver facilities on time and within budget.

You will review schedules, costs, and permits, manage multiple projects, and ensure safety, quality, and sustainability KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or similar.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM; scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from site selection through contract execution for new builds, retrofits and expansions.
• Oversee construction of FCs, SCs, DSs, and other facilities; manage turnovers and compliance.
• Lead budget reviews, cost and schedule analysis; coordinate with developers and GC teams.
• Provide site management, planning, and coordination of subcontractors; monitor safety, quality and sustainability KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts/changes; interface with internal and external stakeholders.
