Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai is seeking a Construction Manager for industrial development to lead new builds, retrofits, expansions, and capacity improvements for fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations.

You will oversee projects from site development through commissioning and handover, coordinating with developers, general contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to meet safety, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction and project management experience in industrial facilities.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects across MEA regions.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and procurement processes.
• Experience with large-scale fulfillment, sortation, and delivery infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage new construction, retrofit, expansion, and capacity projects across MEA.
• Oversee projects from early site development through handover and closeout.
• Coordinate with developers, general contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and developers.
• Review budgets, schedules, and risk to identify commercial implications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability requirements are met.
