Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Facilities & Office Manager to lead facilities, workplace and office operations across the Middle East, based in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, high-quality working environment while supporting regional offices with contracts, licenses, insurance and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage suppliers, building operations, project coordination, and ensure documentation is up to date, with emphasis on Health & Safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Operations.
• Experience managing corporate office facilities and service providers.
• Experience managing office operations and general corporate administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for InterSystems offices across the Middle East, with primary responsibility for the Dubai office and regional support.
• Ensure offices provide a safe, functional, professional and high-quality working environment for employees and visitors.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, security and compliance across sites and liaise with landlords and service providers.
• Coordinate office moves, expansions and fit-outs, including budgets, timelines and quality.
• Support HR with employee services and regional projects as required.
