Job summary

Ghobash Group in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery to establish and run the operational and delivery model for the new Cybersecurity Digital Trust Data Governance and AI organisation. You will translate strategy into execution and scale services with governance and quality.

This role reports to the Head of Cyber Security and acts as the delivery execution arm for a broad range of cyber services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology or cybersecurity with senior leadership.
• Experience building or transforming service organisations in UAE/GCC.
• Strong P&L and financial governance capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model for the new cybersecurity organization.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, roles and decision authorities.
• Translate strategic plans into executable operating plans.
• Lead delivery performance across cybersecurity, data governance and AI engagements.
• Define SLAs and KPIs for managed security services.
• Develop workforce plan and manage resource demand and capacity.
• Manage divisional P&L, delivery economics and budget planning.
• Establish executive reporting on service performance and risk.
