Job summary

CNS Middle East seeks a Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery to establish and run the new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation in Dubai. You will be the operational number two, translating strategy into executable plans and ensuring service quality, profitability and growth.

You will lead across professional services, managed services, SOC/MDR, AI assurance and governance, reporting to the Head of Cyber Security. UAE/GCC experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years in technology, cybersecurity, managed services or enterprise service delivery.
• UAE/GCC experience; strong commercial and P&L understanding is desired.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the operating model for the new cybersecurity organization.
• Lead delivery performance across cybersecurity, data governance and AI engagements.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs and governance for managed services and SOC/MDR.
