Job summary

Salesforce in Dubai seeks a Corporate Counsel to support the Commercial Legal team across the UAE and the Middle East. The role focuses on negotiating technology contracts and providing strategic legal guidance for cloud and on‑prem solutions.

Fluent in English and Arabic with at least 5 years PQE, you will advise on UAE law, public procurement familiarity a plus, and work closely with privacy, security, and compliance teams to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Master degree from a reputable university; LLM or overseas study is a plus.
• Qualified lawyer in UAE or other major jurisdiction is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial law within the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UAE and Middle East laws, and align contracts with regional growth.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on technology service agreements with customers and partners.
• Provide legal support for cloud, on‑prem, and professional services.
• Coordinate with privacy, security, compliance to ensure policy alignment.
• Support disputes, RFIs/RFPs, and training materials for the business.
• Contribute to knowledge development within the EMEA Commercial Legal team.
