Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Dubai seeks a senior commercial lawyer to protect a fast-growing AI-powered mobility business. You will shape contract strategy, negotiate major commercial agreements, and oversee technology and data protections while guiding market entry across the GCC.

This role works directly with the CEO and CFO on high-stakes deals, including new entity and joint venture structures in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to drafts across the GCC.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years post-qualification experience with strong UAE and GCC commercial legal background.
• In-house experience within technology, infrastructure, mobility or fast-growing companies preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English; GCC contracts often drafted in Arabic.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives at pace of a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, landlords, developers and government entities.
• Protect technology, software and proprietary processes through well-structured contracts.
• Support expansion into Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets, including new entity and joint venture structures.
• Build standard contract templates, negotiation playbooks and a central contract repository.
• Collaborate with CEO and CFO on major partnership and government negotiations.

Are you a commercial lawyer who thrives on protecting a fast growing business from the inside, not just reviewing contracts but shaping how the company negotiates and grows? A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has scaled from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships and genuine, working AI technology. As the business expands into Qatar, Saudi Arabia and beyond, it needs a senior commercial lawyer to protect its interests across every new contract, partnership and market entry. This is not a generalist in house role split across every legal function. The focus is squarely commercial, contracts and GCC expansion, working closely with the CEO and CFO on the deals that matter most.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, landlords, developers and government entities
• Protecting the company's technology, software and proprietary processes through carefully structured agreements
• Supporting expansion into Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets, including new entity and joint venture structures
• Building standard contract templates, negotiation playbooks and a central contract repository
• Working directly with senior leadership on major partnership and government negotiations

What we need:

• 6 to 10 years post qualification experience, with strong UAE and GCC commercial legal background
• In house experience within technology, infrastructure, mobility or a similarly fast growing company preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into practical business advice
• Fluent Arabic and English, contracts across the GCC are often drafted in Arabic
• Comfort working directly with senior executives and moving at the pace of a scaling business
