CA Global Headhunters is seeking a Collections Specialist for a Dubai-based shipping and logistics group in DMCC. You will follow up overdue invoices, manage aging debtors, and ensure terms are respected.

Reporting to the Credit Controller / Finance Manager, you will prepare weekly and monthly collections reports, resolve billing queries with operations, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients while adhering to credit terms.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Confident, professional customer service orientation.
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP accounting systems and intermediate/advanced Excel.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, port operations, or trading is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up overdue invoices and collect customer payments in a timely manner.
• Manage the aging debtors list and ensure customer accounts are strictly kept up to date.
• Resolve client billing queries, rate discrepancies, and invoice disputes in collaboration with operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly collections and cash allocation reporting for management.
• Maintain professional relationships with key corporate clients while ensuring compliance with credit terms.
