Job summary

OmanYP seeks a seasoned Group CFO to steer the UAE-based, multi-business organisation's financial strategy. You will lead FP&A, treasury, and capital allocation, while driving governance, compliance and reporting standards. The role requires building a strong finance leadership team and advising the CEO and Board on strategic investments.

UAE experience is essential; GCC exposure is advantageous. You will report to the CEO and work closely with shareholders and lenders to optimise the group’s

Qualifications

• Seasoned finance leader with extensive Group CFO experience.
• ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent qualification completed.
• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Group's long-term financial strategy and growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management and business partnering.
• Advise on capital allocation, investments, M&A, disposals and corporate transactions.
• Oversee treasury, funding strategy, and capital structure.
• Ensure robust controls, governance, compliance and reporting standards.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and data-led decision making.
• Act as trusted adviser to CEO, Board, shareholders and lenders.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance leadership team.
