Job summary

CarniStore is seeking a senior Business Services Manager in Dubai (Al Quoz/Alserkal Avenue) to own internal operating infrastructure, processes, and governance. You will partner with the Co-CEOs and three General Managers to implement ERP systems, develop SOPs, and drive dashboards for visibility across KPIs and financials.

The role requires 5–7+ years in business operations or generalist roles, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a proactive, organized, change-driven mindset in a fast-growing SME

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ experience in business operations or generalist roles in SME/scale-up environments.
• Experience implementing or managing ERP and business systems and writing SOPs.
• Strong financial literacy with KPIs, P&L reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business processes across commercial, operational, and admin functions.
• Lead selection, implementation, and ongoing management of business systems and SOPs.
• Partner with GMs to embed systems within their units; act as internal consultant, not line authority.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, forms, templates, and workflows; ensure version control.
• Design dashboards and monthly/quarterly KPI reporting; coordinate with Finance for accuracy.
• Coordinate with external counsel on legal documents; maintain confidentiality and records.
• Support contract lifecycle management and licensing obligations; ensure follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and coordinate timelines and stakeholders.
• Develop initial HR policy framework and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
