DFS Aviation Services, part of the DFS Group, seeks a Project Manager - Trainee to join our Dubai team. The role supports project management activities and is designed for fresh graduates with limited experience, undergoing extensive training to perform full PM duties.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of handling high attention to detail in a dynamic aviation environment. Base at DXB or DWC depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities and maintain project plans under supervision.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and issues and support mitigation.
• Coordinate with vendors and finance for budgets and procurement.
