Job summary

Avanta Works in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will plan, execute and close projects, coordinating cross-functional teams while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has a engineering or business degree, at least five years of PM experience, PMI knowledge, and a proven delivery track record. Arabic is a plus and willingness to relocate to Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of project management principles (i.e. PMI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to live & work in Dubai on a full-time basis.
