Job summary

DFS Aviation Services Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager - Trainee to support project management activities. The role is designed for fresh graduates with extensive training to prepare for full Project Manager duties.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and well organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to manage priorities and details. The program includes formal training and exposure to governance and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to details and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio is managed efficiently per regulations and budget policies.
• Provide portfolio performance analysis and reporting against objectives and benefits.
• Manage the development and implementation of the project plan with tasks, timescales and resources.
• Manage the project procurement process, including tendering and evaluation.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and project documentation.
• Lead project team members to execute the project per plan.
• Coordinate project approvals and governance documents for PMC.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Benefits Realisation Report after project completion.
• Collaborate with Safety and Security to comply with regulations.
